The ELEVATE Framework™ is a strategic and organizational alignment process designed for nonprofit and community leadership. Engagements combine 1:1 executive coaching for the ED with structured board and staff work — most start with the Org Health Scorecard and move into an ELEVATE track sized to the organization.
