Most consulting starts with the org chart. I start with the leader. Using the Seven I's Leadership Model, I work from identity and calling outward — through team and organizational systems — to build change that survives contact with reality. It's why I work with Fortune 500 executives and church leadership teams using the same framework: the discipline is identical, only the language changes.

Reggie lives the work he coaches. As a current leader across City Help of the Triad, Bethany Fellowship, Pneuma Ministries International, and the School of Equipping International, he operates daily at the intersection of faith, community, and operational excellence — and knows in real time what it costs to hold conviction and consequence in the same hand.

That same calling led him behind a different kind of pulpit. For more than 15 years, Reggie has served as Senior Pastor and Board President of Bethany Fellowship Church — leading a congregation, directing three capital improvement projects, and building the kind of accountability culture that outlasts any one leader. He isn't a coach who understands ministry. He's a pastor who coaches executives — which is exactly why the Kingdom CEO Blueprint™ wasn't built in a workshop. It was built in the seat.

That same conviction — that leadership is formation, not performance — is why he's spent the last several years building leaders far beyond Greensboro. Since 2019, Reggie has served as Dean of Leadership Training Programs for the School of Equipping International and Pneuma Leadership Institute, developing and delivering leadership certification programs to more than 500 leaders across Kenya and Uganda.

He is the author of #LeadWell, a 31-day leadership devotional, and Brotherhood: 40 Success Stories and Faith Principles for Black Men in Community — and the architect of the Kingdom CEO Blueprint™ — a framework built for Christian executives, founders, and ministry leaders who refuse the false choice between deep faith and marketplace excellence. He is currently completing a Doctor of Strategic Leadership at Regent University, with a concentration in Strategic Foresight — deepening a conviction he's carried since his first pulpit: leaders who last are the ones who see what's coming, not just what's in front of them.

Reggie is currently pursuing a Doctor of Strategic Leadership, with research focused on strategic foresight — how leaders and organizations anticipate disruption and navigate uncertainty. That research increasingly shapes how he coaches: helping leaders not only respond to today's complexity, but prepare for what's next.

On Target exists because the leaders Reggie respected most weren't being coached — they were being marketed to. The practice is the alternative: small, private, finite engagements where the strategy and the soul sit on the same table.
