This work isn't only for marketplace executives. Pastors carry many of the same leadership burdens — strategic decision-making, team development, organizational health — often without a peer who understands both the boardroom and the pulpit. As a Senior Pastor himself, Reggie coaches pastors from firsthand experience, not from the outside looking in.

The Kingdom CEO Pathway is one continuous progression, not a menu of disconnected programs. Leaders enter where they are — a workshop, a cohort, or 1:1 — and advance stage by stage through the Kingdom CEO Blueprint™. The work is transformation, not information: accountability with grace that carries Called Leadership, Character Foundation, Collaborative Wisdom, Cultural Stewardship, Kingdom Intelligence, and Covenant Impact into the leader's culture, community, and legacy.
