Reginald M. Holiday is an executive coach, senior pastor, nonprofit leader, and community change agent with over 30 years of experience. He serves as Senior Pastor and Board President of Bethany Fellowship Church, Co-Founder and Executive Director of City Help of the Triad, and founder of On Target Coaching & Consulting, LLC.

Since 2019, he has also served as Dean of Leadership Training Programs for the School of Equipping International and Pneuma Leadership Institute, building leadership certification programs for 500+ leaders across Kenya and Uganda. He is a Doctor of Strategic Leadership candidate at Regent University, concentrating in Strategic Foresight.

He is the author of #LeadWell: A 31-Day Leadership Development Devotional and Brotherhood: 40 Success Stories and Faith Principles for Black Men in Community, and the creator of the ON TARGET Leadership Model™, the TARGET Coaching Model™, the ELEVATE Framework™, and the Kingdom CEO Blueprint™.

Ralph Mitchell serves as Senior Advisor at On Target Coaching & Consulting, bringing more than 30 years of leadership development experience to our clients — including 16 years as Senior Faculty at the Center for Creative Leadership. Ralph is Chairman of the Board and founder of Nehemiah – The Leadership Company, and his career spans roles at MDC, Inc. and North Carolina Central University. He has trained thousands of leaders across corporate, nonprofit, education, and government sectors in seven countries.

A graduate of Knoxville College, Ralph also attended the Young Executive Institute and the Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

At OTCC, Ralph brings executive coaching for C-suite and emerging leaders, curriculum and methodology refinement using CCL-caliber best practices, keynote and workshop delivery for retreats and leadership summits, and mentorship that strengthens our coaching team.

Ralph has been married to his wife LaMonica for over 53 years. They live in Pleasant Garden, NC, and have two married sons and five grandchildren.

Justin A. Holiday is Founder & CEO of Atlas Operational Intelligence and brings more than a decade of high-level experience across federal, enterprise, and AI-enabled environments. His background in secure logistics, global operations, and intelligence-driven risk analysis strengthens On Target's ability to deliver precise, actionable guidance to clients navigating complex operational and risk landscapes.
